Drilling the Pilot Hole
A horizontal well starts with the pilot hole to establish the correct path and collect essential geological data. Our consultants use advanced technology to accurately guide the drill along the planned trajectory. During this process, we ensure that the pilot hole aligns perfectly with your target reservoir, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent phases of horizontal drilling.
Pre-Reaming
Once the pilot hole is complete, the wellbore needs to be enlarged to fit the production casing in a process known as pre-reaming. Our team supervises this phase to ensure that the hole is properly conditioned for installation, selects the appropriate tools, and manages hydraulic parameters to maintain the stability of the wellbore. This step is crucial in our horizontal drilling procedures, as it helps prevent complications and ensures the integrity of the well.
